UI/UX Designer

A unified mobile ecosystem designed to bridge the gap between physical retail and digital operations. By integrating RFID and QR scanning, this app empowered sales consultants to access real-time inventory and client data instantly, reducing administrative friction and increasing face-to-face selling time.
Manual Processes Were Slowing Down Sales
Sales staff at Adelle were struggling to track inventory and manage customer relationships during high-traffic periods. The existing manual process for logging product views and sales performance was slow, prone to human error, and took time away from the customer.
A Unified Mobile Ecosystem
I designed a comprehensive internal mobile app that integrates physical retail with digital tracking. By utilizing QR Code & RFID scanning, staff can now instantly identify products and access data, allowing them to focus entirely on the customer experience rather than data entry.
As a result, we began building a robust mobile app designed to empower sales and store teams to:
Smart Product Tracking: Instant lookup via RFID/QR scanning and rapid stock audits.
Sales Enablement: Features to compare products side-by-side and save a customer’s "Viewing History" for future follow-ups.
Performance Tracking: A dedicated dashboard for sales staff to track their individual earnings and commissions in real-time.
The end-to-end tracking project was completed and launched in just 3 months, followed by the viewing history feature, which was delivered in 2 months.
App Architecture
We kicked off the project by establishing a clear design process to map out all application features. By detailing the requirements upfront, we ensured the final user flow aligned with user goals and solved the root of their problems.

Onboarding App
Upon launching the app, users are greeted by a splash screen featuring the centered Adelle Jewellery logo, representing the brand ecosystem. Users then sign in using their existing Internal System credentials to access the application.
Ps: Due to urgent operational deadlines, I leveraged the Adelle Design System to prototype directly in high-fidelity. This allowed us to test realistic interactions with users immediately and reduced the design-to-dev handoff time by 35%.
Primary Feature: Scan to View Details
Upon signing in, users land on the homepage. The primary action allows users to instantly scan a product via QR Code to access detailed specifications. The homepage also allows them to track real-time sales performance, revenue, and targets specific to their location.

From Insights to Interface
Using insights from our data and user feedback, I crafted the final visual designs. We didn't settle for the first version; instead, we iterated on each page to ensure we delivered the best possible experience for our users.

The Impact: Transforming Retail Operations
What started as a simple scanning tool evolved into a full-service Sales Ecosystem that significantly increased workflow efficiency. By empowering staff with smart tracking and sales enablement tools, we removed major friction points from their day. Crucially, the digital system supports seamless stock audits and eliminates the need to change physical tags when prices fluctuate. The app is now successfully live across all Adelle stores and exclusive events, receiving highly positive feedback from the users on the sales floor.
Key Business Results
Massive Scale Adoption: Successfully deployed across all Adelle retail stores and national events, actively tracking and managing an inventory of 12,000+ luxury products.
Drastic Efficiency Gains: Slashed the time required for comprehensive store-wide stock audits by roughly 80%(reducing a grueling 1-day manual process down to just 2–3 hours via RFID).
Significant Cost Savings: Achieved immediate budget and resource efficiency by eliminating the labor-intensive process of re-printing and replacing physical tags during price fluctuations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Delivering an enterprise-grade platform on a strict 3-month timeline, followed by a 2-month expansion, required seamless alignment across the organization:
Leadership & Strategy: Indra (Chief of Technology) & Alfredho (IT Operational Manager)
Product Management: Cindy, Andre, and Andy
Engineering & Development: Adry (Programmer Manager), Refo, and Yoga
